Philadelphia Christmas Market

 Romanian:

Hello,
In SUA a inceput deja perioada sarbatorilor. Ea incepe odata cu Thanksgiving Day (Ziua Recunostintei) care se sarbatoreste in ultima joi din Noiembrie. Anul asta a picat in 27 noiembrie. Traditia spune ca Thanksgiving Day se petrece  in familie si se incheie cu celebra cina unde se mananca curcan.
       Vizionarea placuta.

Hello,
Andreea should write this post but because she is working tomorrow she already went to bed. So I decide to help herJ.
In US the holiday season already started. It starts on Thanksgiving Day which is celebrated on the last Thursday of November. This year it was on 27th of November. Traditionally Thanksgiving Day is spent with the family. A dinner with the famous turkey is the most common way to celebrate this holiday. Also on this day a lot of people decorate the Christmas tree. For us this is a bit strange but it’s nice to see all the houses nicely decorated and lighted for a longer period of time. Of course that Philadelphia has a Christmas Market. It is considered one of the nicest in USA. You can find more details in this link: http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/americas-best-christmas-markets/9
We couldn’t missed the chance of visiting the Christmas Market but we were not very impressed to be honest. Is small and cozy with a powerful holiday spirit. Live music is a very nice touch. Compared to what we saw in Brasov and Sibiu I think it is poorer. But the overall atmosphere is nice and relaxing.
We also made some pictures. The quality is not too god, the pictures are taken with our phones. We hope to buy a DSLR camera soonJ
Enjoy

Iar in ultima poza este personajul Iisus cantand printre oameni Let it be - priceless:))

Pe curand:)
